We are guided by the community where we live and work. We do not serve anyone: we are led by those in need, and respond to our community's concerns with compassion, respect and faith in our neighbors. We believe that those battling the challenges of poverty can change their lives when connected with the right opportunities.

Our goal is to create relationships that help people connect to opportunity.

We operate out of our deep faith in God as a Christian community-building social justice organization.  Because strong communities require strong institutions, we dedicate staff, volunteers and other resources to strengthen homes, churches and schools in the neighborhoods where we work and where we live.
