College Prep Program– A support structure
around the lives of current and prospective college students who have
been involved in CDM's youth programs. Focuses on helping students to develop
the skills, knowledge and attitudes that they will need to not only get
accepted to college, but to succeed in their studies. Includes college trips and
college-focused workshops that help them to envision their future. By
inspiring youth from low-income neighborhoods to aspire for college degrees,
we challenge students to rise above the many barriers that confront
them. By partnering with our students to create a better individual
future for themselves, we are working to improve the overall future of
our community.
We have recently started a scholarship fund for college students who
are connected to CDM; if you
would like some more information on this program, please contact
